I owe my ability to think and speak in several languages and to live in different cultures to my upbringing.
I grew up in a small town in the Swiss canton of Aargau, from Italian and German origins. Most of my German relatives still live in the Black Forest, others live in Munich, Augsburg or Berlin. The Italian part of my family has lived in Mantua for generations, in the heart of the Po Valley.
At school my main focus was on modern foreign languages and after I moved to Italy, with the completion of my translation and interpreting studies in Bologna, my multilingualism became a profession. I then became an SEO copywriter out of my passion for writing.
I now live in Valeggio near Lake Garda with my family. In my free time I love going for power walks along the lake.
